Investing in education and future opportunities

For young people from remote areas, higher education is often out of reach because of financial limitations. To change that, we cover Cesar's and Fermin's housing and tuition fees for their tourism studies.

Our support goes beyond financial help. As salaried trainees, both gain practical experience in our company: through hands-on training and mentoring, they work alongside our experienced guides and staff and apply what they learn in real-world settings.

After completing their studies, Cesar and Fermin have the opportunity to join Incatrekkers as guides – today, both are part of our team. They share the cultural heritage and natural wonders of Peru with travelers from around the world and inspire other young people from their communities to follow their dreams.
