Overview

Peruvian cuisine is one of the most varied in the world – and in Cusco you get to know it right where it comes from. We pick you up on foot at your hotel in the historic center and walk together to the cooking school. Guided by a professional chef who speaks Spanish and English, you prepare ceviche and lomo saltado and learn how to mix a real pisco sour and a chilcano. Afterwards you sit down together and enjoy what you have cooked. If you like, start with a guided walk of about 1.5 hours through San Pedro market beforehand – past mountains of potatoes and corn, exotic fruits, cheeses and herbs.
